A lump on penis can appear at the base of the penile shaft, on penile head or foreskin.





My second thought was that it was some kind of folliculitis from shaving my pubic hair often but I think that can probably be ruled out too because I also have a couple of these bumps elsewhere where I don't shave there's 3 near my belly button on my stomach, the one in the pic is one of the bumps on my stomach however the majority are on my penile shaft.
